AKRAMAN, A NEW HUB FOR RAPID DEVELOPMENT
Regnant Properties and Construction have acquired over 300 acres of land at Akraman. Akraman is a suburb of Awutu Breku which is about a 10-minute drive away from the Kasoa Township. Akraman is rightly opposite Akoti Junction which is off the Kasoa-Winneba High Way and about 5 minute drive away from the Road.
Over the years of existence, it has been one of our main objectives to provide our valued customers with the needed assistance to acquire litigation-free land at an affordable cost and at very good locations. Acquiring the 300 acres of problem-free land at Akoti perfectly fit into our goals as an organization.
Additionally, situated at the center of a very developed province, our Akraman site can boast of;

- Appropriately demarcated and plotted lands

Lastly, we have packages available for all manner of workers. Our installment package provides customers with the option to pay for land purchased on monthly basis after an initial deposit of 30% if they are unable to pay outright.
Cars and other relevant properties can be exchanged for a parcel of land.
